The Schengen Area is an area comprising 26 European states that have officially abolished passport and all other types of border control at their mutual borders. The area mostly functions as a single jurisdiction for international travel purposes, with a common visa policy. The area is named after the 1985 Schengen Agreement.

Documents Required

  1. Passport: Original Passport and Notarized copy with validity of minimum six months.
  2. 2, Recent photo copy size 35mm to 45mm.
  3. Aadhar card, Pan card or Voter id, If you are married please provide marriage certificate.
  4. Confirm flight ticket.
  5. Confirm hotel bookings.
  6. Covering letter/Self declaration.
  7. Day to Day travel itinerary

  1. Recent dated employer letter
  2. 3 months’ pay slips
  3. 3 months bank statement
  4. Form 16 and three years ITR if applicable.
  5. Property valuation (if any)
  6. Rental agreement (if any)
  7. Birth certificate
  8. Marriage certificate
  9. Spouse/Children Aadhaar (if any)

If Self-Employed:

  1. Firm Registration / Partnership deed / Memorandum of association / sole proprietor concern.
  2. Three years ITR if applicable.
  3. Self-declaration on company’s letterhead
  4. 3 months bank statement.
  5. Property valuation (if any)
  6. Rental agreement (if any)
  7. Birth certificate
  8. Marriage certificate
  9. Spouse/Children Aadhaar (if any)
