  1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months.
  2. Old Passport if any.
  3. 2, Recent photo copy size 35mm to 45mm.
  4. Aadhar card, PAN card or Voter id.
  5. Flight ticket.
  6. Hotel bookings.
  7. Covering letter/Self declaration.
  8. Day to Day travel itinerary

For minors:

  1. Birth certificate*
  2. NOC or parent consent letter*
  3. Proof of all medication for kids of the age 3 months to 6 years.

  1. Recent dated employer letter
  2. 3 months’ pay slips
  3. 3 months bank statement
  4. Form 16 and three years ITR if applicable.
  5. Property valuation (if any)
  6. Rental agreement (if any)
  7. Birth certificate
  8. Marriage certificate
  9. Spouse/Children Aadhaar (if any)
