Documents Required
- Passport Scan copy, front page, back page, bio page, if have any stamp or visa page.
- Photo scan copy 35mm*45mm

- Recent dated employer letter
- 3 months’ pay slips
- 3 months bank statement
- Form 16 and three years ITR if applicable.
- Property valuation (if any)
- Rental agreement (if any)
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate
- Spouse/Children Aadhaar (if any)

If Self-Employed:
- Firm Registration / Partnership deed / Memorandum of association / sole proprietor concern.
- Three years ITR if applicable.
- Self-declaration on company’s letterhead
- 3 months bank statement.
- Property valuation (if any)
- Rental agreement (if any)
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate
- Spouse/Children Aadhaar (if any)
